Our prestigious national client in Meridian is looking for a talented person to join their Digital Team. No experience necessary but a passion for life, passion for going the extra mile for the customer with great IT skills.

Main Role:

• Respond efficiently to customers via our live chat system;
• Consistently offer the highest level of customer service and support;
• Adhere to company response scripts and guidelines;
• Work to gain commitment from the customer;
• Working hours are 8am – 10pm (shifts) Monday to Sunday.

Skills and Qualities Needed:

• Bright, bubbly personality;
• Confident and Assertive;
• IT literate with good keyboard skills;
• No slang and good manners;
• Genuine, friendly and a people’s person;
• Excellent ability to write clearly and precisely;
• Confident, self-motivated and driven by achievement of customer satisfaction.
